Yeah. At that point Catherine Tate was just some random woman that entered the TARDIS in the most dramatic way possible.
It's so funny that what to British people is 'OMG famous comedian!' is to the rest of the world 'Who is this person?'

She got to do it twice!*Turn Left reference*
I love it when they can do that. :D

Such a shame that I missed that. They better allow Jodie a good exit at the very least. Same with Mandip Gill.
Missed... her being awesome? Well, I'm sure you could hunt down the episodes if you really want. There are a handful of genuinely good ones. :) And yes, I hope she has a great exit. Although I liked Ryan & Graham's - it's nice to have companions leave because they have decided they want to do something else, rather than because they die. :)

The only time I could identify with Ryan and Yaz was the racial conversation they had in the episode "Rosa". Too bad we can't have a companion go into the future to confirm that racism no longer exist!
If only! And yes, that was a good moment.

Now that the Doctor's a woman, it was time to have a middle-aged white guy as the companion. Graham! come back! No, wait. He's on the bus.*tries to reference his profession, because I almost forget Yaz's*Don't mind me, I'm just being dramatic.
S'fine! :)
