Finally, plenty Christmas music under the cut!
First up Mickey Bubbles of course:
This is one of the albums I have listened to every year for... I don't even know.
(It's a playlist, so go to youtube to listen to the whole thing.)
Annie Lennox is a must:
And so is Geraldine!
Then Trans-Siberian Orchestra - Wizards In Winter (the original & best):
And finally something more spiritual:

Somebody's being extra careful with their soul this year...

(ETA: Personally I blame the demon Crowley.)
Re: Somebody's being extra careful with their soul this year...
Went Magda? WTF is Magda, then it dawned on me she's a TV thing isn't she? I need to goo back and revisit the descriptions in the book because all I see is David Tennant and that was never the image of Crowley I had in my head when I read the book.

Re-reading the book is a lovely idea though. <3

I love this post. I may listen to it while eating my Christmas dinner. (In my family, the big day was always Christmas Eve - Christmas Day my mother spent wearing my dad's pajamas, watching football. A true "day of rest"!)

♥ That makes me so happy. Hope you had a lovely Christmas Eve (I saw your post, and know the food will have been great).

We do Christmas Eve too! Well, it's complicated. I wrote about our Christmas traditions in 2010...

We had close friends who were actual Swedes (not Swedish-American) and my mom baked all kinds of Scandinavian Christmas cookies. I feel very Scandinavian, for what it's worth. No candles on the tree, though!

Hmmm yes. Olsson would be Swedish, Oleson Norwegian and Olsen Danish. (No one can spell my surname, it always gets changed to 'son' rather than 'sen'.)

Cookies are definitely a thing. My mother always baked (I have not inherited this trait, alas) and real candles are optional! :)
