Especially this part - the Jan/Feb lockdown in the UK has worked incredibly well.
ETA: However it's all relative. BBC article here about how things are going, and sometimes the numbers just sort of stop me in my tracks:
'There were 15,485 patients in hospital [in the UK] with coronavirus on 24 February 2021.'
And maybe, possibly good news for America:
House passes the Equality Act in a victory for LGBTQ Americans
The landmark bill, which would prohibit discrimination against LGBTQ Americans, faces unlikely odds in the Senate.
