There is something really special about watching election night coverage every night for a week. It's like the Olympics, but awful. Uh-huh.
Pod Save America's most recent episode is titled 'We Won' and I've only listened to about two minutes, but I'm now going through something. It's like 'thank you, somebody needs to say it so we can all start processing.' As someone on Twitter said - if the positions had been reversed it would have been called days ago, and Trump would be on TV telling Dr Biden that she was sad for being married to a 'loser'.
ETA: I've been listening this this on repeat. I'll post it once the results are ACTUALLY declared, but dammit it's amazing to feel the echoes of 2008. We're in such a different place, but.
