First - a handy link for those who don't like rich text! :)

Then onto another article from The Sunday Times. A lot of people responded to India Knight's article from last week, and now she's come up with the very good idea of setting up a forum where parents of special needs children can share information, thoughts, ideas, etc:

She also printed another article, by Emily Perl Kingsley, about what it feels like to have the kind of child you weren’t expecting (this is excellent, you should all read this!):

elisi: Edwin and Charles (It's a good fandom by killmebecomeme)
I've been very bad today... instead of devoting myself to housework while the baby had her midday nap, I watched vids (OMG Spuffy... *deeeeep sigh* - amazing how much they still get to me!) and read this fic by [livejournal.com profile] frimfram:
On The Rocks (Spike/Angel, post-NFA, NC-17)
So, so, so good - she's a master writer! A tiny taste, that won't spoil anything:
Angel pulls his party trick: becomes part-man, part-wall, and bricks-up into silence.

ETA: Also [livejournal.com profile] st_salieri's new ficlet:
Be Here Now. (Buffy/Faith, S3, R)

I've also made a little bit of head-way with my RL Buffy fan friend (whom I will just refer to as M, since it's easier! *g*)

She's a very sensible lasy, who prefers the later, darker seasons (and it's such gorgeous darkness!) and Angel/Darla, Spike/Buffy to Angel/Buffy. I'm very pleased! :)

I've also lent her Firefly, which she plans on watching during the half term holidays, when her ex-husband has the children for 3 days. She'll stack up on essentials and then pretty much watch them all in one go! I really, really like how her mind works. :)

Lastly [livejournal.com profile] aycheb wrote a very good post about why she prefers the later seasons of Buffy: Age Dose Not Wither Her.

Oh and I posted Chapter 5 of my Spike/Dawn fic yesterday in case anyone missed it...
