There's something about this fandom in particular that I think this has helped me put my finger on, which is that it is so entirely focused on how people show they love each other? Like, that's it, that's the fandom. No wonder we're all just walking piles of goo at this point.
So, here come a few recs. The thing to do, obviously, is just to go on AO3 and follow the Good Omens tag, but there is SO MUCH so to be honest this is mostly a way for me to keep track myself. And to highlight a few truly amazing and unusual contributions.
Also, just look at THIS (can't be described). Very short, no spoilers, but the creator(s) are just made of joy and love.

Although speaking of, this is a fic that he admitted to reading, and ye gods, it's magnificent:
