We (myself, Impish Girl & the Cherub) went to see it this afternoon and it was *wonderful* and we do not deserve a hero like Diana, but we are grateful that we have her anyway.

Aah, you beat me to it. I should post my own thoughts. This week has been hellaciously busy. But it was a good movie. I thought a couple of things could've been done better. But I really like **Diana**. I just want to see her in a better plot. Preferably with some of the Marvel characters. : ) I just loved her backstory, though, and thought that was incredibly well-done. The visuals were stunning.

Diana's costume was perfect--just perfect. I've heard the designers wanted it to look like a gladiator's outfit.

Also, the Greek god of war will for me always be Kevin Smith from Hercules and Xena. As far as I'm concerned, he is Ares forever.

Also, totally snagging your icon. : D
