But yeah - that doesn't get the media focus and the outrage of the week the way other issues do. It's almost like it's not news, or something.

This. The NHS is a wonderful (and complicated and difficult) thing, and yet the people in charge seem determined to destroy it, rather than improve it.

Sorry - this always gets me so angry....!!
It's sad and horrible and if you don't have private healthcare as a perk with your job, or the money to pay, you are really stuck in some boroughs. It's heartbreaking.
