No hints with Bill, just a statement. Not a statement - apparently it's revealed in like, her second line or something, so the interviewer brought it up when he spoke to her. It wasn't planned. As in - they didn't plan to do a big 'reveal' early on. Although once they started doing previews, I guess it was inevitable that something would get out there...
Well, I mean that we got a clear statement even before the show itself began. And it seems that in-show, it is treated with similar clarity and lack of fanfare. :)
