My own two cents from what I picked up from all the articles/analysis... I especially loved this exchange (My emphasis in bold):

TRUMP: Why didn't you do it? Why didn't you do it?
CLINTON: Because I was a senator with a Republican president. I will be the president.

Cosmoplitan: The Thrill of Watching Hillary Clinton Take Down Donald Trump
Having Trump as her opponent won't cheapen a Clinton victory. It will sweeten it.
"Anyone who thinks he’s an easy adversary hasn’t spent an hour and a half trying to get his or her point across while a boorish, loud, and entitled man interrupts, condescends, talks over, and eventually threatens you, all while physically menacing you in the few moments he lets you speak without interruption (and then when he talks, he lies)."

I made the mistake of getting online last night after the debates and saw the "you'd be in prison" line and thought I'd be sick.

And I'm still sickened and frankly frightened at the level of "discourse" I see online.

Send help.

It's not Hitler who is worrying me it's all the people - within the RNC and the "regular folk" who are behind him, doing the chanting. The RNC has been courting this crowd since the 1970's.

Remember, Hitler was elected into office.

ETA: that Save the Day vote is incredible on an emotional level.

It's an incredible emotional whirlwind - I go online and see that there is a huge revulsion and backlash against Trump in all quarters - and he has once again taken to twitter and is lashing out against the Republican Party, and naming names (Paul Ryan, John McCain.) And says that the DNC is more "united" and telling people to vote against Repubs that disown him. What alternative universe have we wandered into?
