Nope, it wasn't a bad dream. Country still fucked

Oh and 2tn wiped off the markets.

(I should get off the internet, I'll just get angrier & more depressed...)

EU Referendum: #NotInMyName trends as country wakes up to Brexit (3 million of us who couldn't vote. THAT WOULD HAVE SWUNG THE VOTE. Not to mention the young people. Both my 14 and my 17 year old are MILES more informed than the average adult.)

Remember that time Nigel Farage said 52-48 votes should lead to second referendum?
(I think I hate Nigel Farage more than is entirely healthy...)

Oh, and these ones hit close to home...

And finally: 26 Brexit Tweets Guaranteed To Make You Laugh, Cry, Or Probably Both

(Cry. Again.)

ETA: Unlike Trump, Republicans Only Supported The Brexit After The Vote.
OK, Republicans. NOW IT'S PERSONAL!!!

I honestly thought Tony Blair was the PM who did the most work on creating peace in Northern Ireland. Hats off to Cameron, in one fell swoop he's actually managed to get people thinking changing to a united Ireland would be Good. That is literally the only positive after this fiasco.

These tweets were brilliant. Spot on. And made me that much sadder...

*HUGS*

I wanted to use this, but I fear the stinging force of the rebuke would be lost on Brits:

Och. Being from the States, that definitely stings.

And it is utterly, horribly the truth.

I am so sorry, bb. The country you love turned into 1930's Germany overnight. *shudders* When will we learn?

Lemme guess: she was shocked at what Leave ACTUALLY MEANT.

*headdeskXeleventybillion*

Hope you told her congrats on breaking the economy and causing needless suffering everywhere. Gods.

I'm so glad no one said anything. Honestly, what COULD that say that wouldn't make it worse?!?!.

Gahhh, I'm so crossing my fingers for your wee ones. I want them to have the best you can give them. And dual citizenship seems the right move to me!

*Grins* Well, he's not wrong! And good on him for saying it! to bad we can't rewind the whole mess...ugh.

I'm with you. Yesterday was a shock. I do hope your politicians find a solution and I hope that Cameron gets fucked back by a pig tbh.

There's a part of me that's kinda angry at the voters who've been like "I voted #Leave, but I didn't think we'd actually leave! D:"

And I'm like- "THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU VOTE #REMAIN?!" >:|

Yep, those tweets are fantastic. They'd be so hilarious if they also weren't so depressing too...
