*yawn*
Mornings are horrible. Blah. If only children would do as they were told without me having to stand over them. But - things always look up at 9 when they're finally at school! (You can insert this rant every morning - I hate having to rush, especially when I'm tired.)
Anyway, we were internetless most of yesterday. What with the connection being so erratic we finally got someone to come and have a look at it (he reckoned it was a local fault, since apparently others in the area have the same problem). Anyway, after all the fiddling about, it promptly refused to work at all, and it took Darcy (who was at home and still feeling awful) for-absolutely-ever to get it back up and running (and he's v. clever at this stuff).
Anyway, he's feeling better today and has gone to work, and being internetless I managed to write down a lot of thoughts about LMPTM (coming soon...).
Also on the plus side I had a wonderful dream last night: Andrew had been turned into a vampire, but he was utterly adorable: Having super strength made him all giddy and he swung from lamp post to lamp post pretending to be Spiderman. There was more but it's all a little hazy - I do remember him kicking down a door to a cinema, and being thrilled. :)
And finally, in this very random post: Last night Darcy and I finally got out the VM S2 disks that Anna gave us. Darcy's response at the end was: "Do you know what's the problem with this show? It's too unrealistic!" :)

Ahahahaha. ::shares your pipe dream::
Though I've found that saying, "If you get up and get dressed, we'll stop for doughnuts!" works like a charm on particularly bad mornings.

I could get lost in there...
And sadly we do not have the option of a doughnut stop. I'm sure it would help!

Hee! Irony alert! Though as a recent convert I do have to say I have trouble buying the plot twist in the last episode of season 2!

Heh. Indeed. ;)
Hee! Irony alert!
Actually after watching the second & third eps he returned to his original opinion (the one he had through S1): It's really awkward because you have to watch it all in one go! (It's like a box of chocolates I guess... *g*)

There should be fic! :)

I had the same problem when I started watching the show, which is funny considering how easily I could suspend my disbelief for Buffy. But after awhile, you just kind of go with the flow, and the show becomes much more entertaining!

Well Buffy is set in a world full of demons and there's always an apocalypse around the corner. VM is supposedly set in our world... (Makes no difference to my enjoyment! I can suspend any amount of disbelief if the story is good enough.)
