What I am watching tonight...

I'm generally not one for historical dramas. But. I shall be watching this one, for the almost same reasons I watched Casanova (David Tennant) and The Devil's Whore (John Simm). In this case, it's Aidan Turner...

Tonight, BBC1, 9pm. :) (And oh, is my mood theme ever appropriate or what?)
ETA: I had never heard of Poldark until Friday, when work colleagues brought it up. So I have no baggage. It's v. interesting to hear all the stories of people loving the original.

I don't know if I'd call myself a 'proper' fan - although I very much agree that we need a new book. :)
we were a group of people who illustrated funny JB stories, the other girls drew, for example the Rhinestone Cowboy story. We made a small book and gave it to him at Fedcon. That's how the famous group pictures happened. Not sure if you know them?
No, they were new to me! Thank you.
And it was John who locked the cat in. Apparently this is still a sore topic with Scott, I have heard. If you meet him, never mention the word cat ;)
I love cats. >:)
Their relationship must be really a strong one because seriously? If I came home and a wall suddenly was knocked down? Not sure how I'd react!
Darcy is a bit like that. Although the issue is more that he loves to START things, and is terrible at finishing them. Our kitchen is... perfectly usable, but still needs about 25% sorting. Since August.
Do you listen to the JB radio show every Sunday actually? In one of them, John also told again the story with the blue curtain in the bathroom instead of tiles. It's a great show, very funny!
Alas no, Sundays are usually spent with family.
