So much fun this year. And some really good entries. Austria might be my favourite, it could be a Bond theme! Also liked Norway, Iceland and Belarus. Norway's, especially, was amazing.
Also Graham Norton > all other presenters. This is now official. :)

Look beyond the beard and you see how just AMAZINGLY talented she is.
I am so happy she won this means so much to LGBT to have someone like her to win Just Awesome!

(Also apparently lots of supporters kitted beards in solidarity last month? Google it, I only saw a reference to it somewhere else.)

I have watched your clip though and agree that this would really make a good Bond song. And I love to hear the audience cheer. Was this the original entry or the end song after she/he won?

And it was generally a good year. Look up Norway and the Netherlands - very different, but excellent.

I might even have watched it with half an eye and read the newspaper with the other, like I somethimes do, and only look up when things are getting interesting, but well, there was John Barrowman on QVC, and if I have to chose between any TV and John Barrowman, he always wins ;) Poor thing, he is a huge fan himself and was not able to watch it.
Did you hear him being a guest on the Graham Norton radio show in the morning at the same day? They played three songs from the new album already.
I'm sorry, somehow I ALWAYS manage to bring EVERY conversation around to JB... *sighs* My posts should come with a warning.

Poor Australia who wanted to take part ;)

That's a new thing! Well, there are always little 'postcards' to introduce the countries, but this time is the first time they've let them do it themselves.

Silly man, he should be ON it. *lightbulb moment* No really, he should enter. He can sing, he's HUGELY camp, ooooh, it'd be brilliant!

No, although I might look it up. The two of them together must be fabulous!

Don't worry, I don't mind. :)

Were you at the JB tour 2011? He sang an Eurovision medley there, such great fun! If you haven't seen that, go here and scroll down to the sixth video (you can watch all the others too, it is a great project, she took all youtube videos and cut them together like a concert DVD):

Also I have two British TV shows where John was in the jury selecting the British Eurovision entry, if you like I can share them with you!
The radio show can be found here but I am afraid I don't know at which time he was on exactly. Not in the first hour, as I listened live but then got bored: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b043594q

Pft, he's John Barrowman. He could get 'nul point' and just get a T-shirt with it on and laugh it off.

No, I've not been ANYWHERE.

Will have a look when I'm not half-asleep. Thank you.

I'll let you know... Considering what RL is going to be like for the foreseeable future, I won't have a chance.
And thanks for the link - will have a listen sometime. I like Graham Norton so might just listen to the whole thing. (Radio is good when I'm cleaning/tidying.)
