Torchwood: The fandom where the writers write the fic...
I've been looking around ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
iantos_desktop, a brilliant comm where people have stored all the interesting extra stuff from the various BBC sites - and there is a lot of stuff! The Captain's Blog, obviously, but also lots of extras from the various episodes. Like Owen's report on their trip to the Himalayas (it's fantastic! Scroll down a tiny), files, newspaper articles, brochures, mini videos, e-mails (with Ianto/Owen snark!) etc etc. It's a virtual gold mine, and I rather adore the writers/producers/whoever for creating it all. And I just came across this which I'd never seen before, and is clearly filling in one of the blanks of KKBB, dealing with our very own Capt. John:

Evening Shift
Someone who fancies himself as a bit of a character, this one. A female same-sex couple reported that they had been the victims of sexual harassment by a gentleman outside a multi-storey car park in the centre of town. Introducing himself with a short song, he declared he was ‘looking for a bar to drink dry’ and asked for a recommendation. The gentleman then asked the two women to accompany him and refused to take no for an answer, physically inserting himself between them and flexing his tongue in a suggestive manner. He commented that he would ‘bet them any money’ that he could ‘turn’ them. At this point one of the women physically threatened him (which he declared ‘the biggest turn-on’) whilst her partner called us: the gentleman then declared his impatience to ‘get boozing’ and left the ladies alone (not before taking a picture of them).
As the young women had made the call, they thought they might as well file the complaint, although they appreciated that we wouldn’t be able to devote much time to tracking him down. If he commits any further offences, however, then this complaint will of course be pressed against him, so for his sake I hope he keeps his head down.
