First of all, please do admire this gorgeous new icon.
It came about because Brian Lynch (writer of the Spike comic books and 'Angel: After the Fall') is getting married, and Chris Ryall (Publisher/Editor-in-Chief IDW Publishing) got him *the* most amazing present! ETA: Lynch's response: I just want to point out that this may be the first time a wedding present has been turned into a homoerotic avatar. Except, you know, if someone gave someone else a book of homoerotic avatars as a wedding present.
In other comic-related news,beer_good_foamy wrote the brilliantest s8 Dawn crack!fic: Let's Sing "Dawn Is A Giant" In D Minor. (This Kenny guy is a complete blank - but what if he was someone we knew already? Keep liquids away - trust me!)
And now to another kind of crack!fic... Thanks tomolly_may here is a link to the shortlist for the Bad Sex Awards. Know how porn can be really awkward to write? Well here are some who failed abysmally - but still got published! (You will need a mindwipe afterward reading! ::shudders:: It makes bad!fic look *good*...)
