I've got nothing!

Today was Sports Day at the two eldest' school. And OMG the HEAT! I am a puddle. I was outside in the bright, hot sun from 11.30 to 3.30 - and I'd left my sun hat at my in-laws yesterday. Wah! If you're wondering why it took so long, then I guess I should explain that it starts off with a picnic for parents & children, before moving on to the sports. My wish for my flist today is that you may all have lots of cold dampness whereever you are!

Not much else to say, since I'm kinda busy with house and children and trying not to melt into nothingness... on the AOQ front I've realised that 3DMaster isn't an idiotic creep - he's a creepy idiot. Hating Spike is one thing, but trying to make Harmony out to be smart? That one was all new to me. And fun! :) Then today he came up with these gems (all from the Intervention thread where 3D claims that Spike was lying to Buffy because he knew it was her and not the Bot!!!OMG!!!):

Another interesting thingy that shows how much he's lying through his
teeth, is that here he's saying he doesn't want Buffy to hurt, because
it hurts him, yet next year, he'll be actively seeking to cause Buffy
that hurt, because that's he found, is the way into her panties.

maxims replied:
Yeah, I've never been able to understand how fictional characters can
act act one way under one set of circumstances and differently under
another, because in real life people never do that.

3dMaster's response:
Really? I've seen real life people do that plenty of times.

I don't know whether to laugh really, really hard or to bang my head on the desk. I think I'll go with laughter! *g*

And when *I* (foolishly, I know) quoted to him from the shooting script, which shows very clearly that Jane Espenson did not in any way want us to think Spike was lying, this was his response:

I don't care. What a writer thinks, what a writer writes, what's in the
script, doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is what's on screen.

Maybe he thinks Buffy was a documentary?

But I must run again or my dear husband will get all growly, but not in a good way!
