A little of this...

First a little pimp: [livejournal.com profile] yourlibrarian is doing a study of How We Use LJ. Please go over there and tick some boxes! Thank you. :)

Also I thought I'd pass round the idea of adding lj not vox to your interests. I think it's a brilliant idea!

[livejournal.com profile] stoney321 put together a fabulous Connor Soundtrack, which even if you don't have the music is the most wonderful telling of the Connor story! Connor fans run over there asap.

Hmmmm, what else... I really should write my thoughts down so I don't keep forgetting. The Cherub is (finally) cutting her first tooth, and is therefore rather grumpy. Bless.

Oh yes, AOQ and his very interesting insights. A few snippets from recent posts:

'Fool For Love': Ah, yes, Buffy and Spike. A pairing that I guess was fantasized about for years, inexplicable and pretty stupid when you stop to think about it, but oddly appealing. The actors work well together, so the show's been glad to play with the idea in episodes like 'Something Blue," "Who Are You?" and so on. This season the writers have been playing with Spike's obsession, as a sideshow comedy act, really. So that's not new. What is very new is that FFL decides to bring the idea of sparkage between them to the forefront of the series, make it indispensable to the world of _Buffy_. Wherever it ends up going, we're very serious now. For better or for worse. FFL can teach aspiring TV types a valuable lesson: when introducing something so whacked-out, it helps if your episode is *fucking kickass*.

'Listening To Fear': Those who believe in The Hand Of The Writer may now feel free to start speculating on whether we're seeing the beginnings of a calculated character poisoning so as to get Riley out of Spike's way.

'Into The Woods': Buffy is displeased, and Gellar again proves that she can sell pain spiked with violent tendencies like almost no one else.
