Help? I need to find an essay!

I need to find a very specific essay and I don't know where to look. It was about Drusilla and speculated about what her unspecified 'illness' could be. She's apparently slowly dying when she and Spike arrive in Sunnydale, but how is that possible? What exactly happened in Prague? (Etc) Does anyone remember it? Or - even more helpfully - can someone tell me who wrote it and maybe even where I can find it?
