Why am I just now hearing about the VS prank? I guess the psycho mass murderers have hijacked the news cycle, and with good reason.

But this issue is so important. I hope it can enter the national consciousness soon.

EDIT: OMG, I love the VS Prank. High time this happened, I say! After all, they do VS runway shows DURING AMERICAN FOOTBALL. I'd say that's not done for women (because American football culture is geared towards men, though it is predominantly half and half.) The idea is to sell it to the men and if women 'happen' to be watching, they are reenforcing the idea that you are a THING and not a person and basically shame you for not only looking like an average person (instead of a walking stick figure) - but BEING a person. THIS...is why I avoid VS. But this prank? PRICELESS.

And I'm not terribly familiar with VS, but the more I hear, the more I think the prank should be continually publicised.

Ohhh, they deserve all that and more. VS has become a meat industry and it is terrible. That was NOT the original idea behind its creation, but nowadays if you are over a certain size/weight they will not talk to you and will find a way to get you out of the store. Terrible people, ugh...
