Follow the tag for more... I've got MOUNTAINS worth of good links. Oh and I once wrote Capt Jack/Edward mpreg (in case I forgot to mention it earlier). Have never read the books, but have read enough summaries to know them entirely too well. *g*
ETA: OK, in case you've never seen it, you MUST watch this vid: Sparkle Time. MUST!
OMG. I think I love you even harder, lol!! *Snags GIFey*
Gods...I remember hearing about it BEFORE it became big and thinking 'gods, I hope this crap never becomes big'. The universe seems to think making my worst nightmares reality is funny. *Facepalm*
Ohh, I'll be following the links for sure! Any way one can make fun of this crapola and almost make it GOOD (not to mention more palatable than the source material) - I'm in.

In a I-can't-believe-I'm-reading-this way, and she came to visit and brought the first movie when it had come out on DVD and we hed the BEST time ever watching it. (I'm sure that post is also tagged.) It's awful, but entertainingly so.

(By the way stoney321 wrote Edward/Sarah Palin (see tags), so my story isn't even the most insane thing out there. (Mine is total crack. Hers is an absolute master piece.)
ETA: It's just a one night stand [threesome - Bella's there too]. Anyway, Edward's reasoning goes as follows (he's barely in the fic, but this is how I imagined him thinking when he met Jack):
(I might have spent entirely too long on textsfromthetardis yesterday... Saw that one, and thought of you. *g*)
LOLOLOLOLOL! I actually saw the entire saga doubled in sicilian and I laughed so hard I almost cry. I LOVE Twilight's parodies! I now I shouldn't, but they are so funny! XD
Though, on the serious, thank goodness the next big thing in YA lit was the Hunger Games, or we'd probably have had to write off the current generation as a complete lost cause.
It's half-amused, half-horrified me that The Hunger Games is referred to as 'the new Twilight' [in the media], and that 'If you like Twilight, you will like The Hunger Games', because as far as I can see they're as far apart as can be. On the plus side, if it got any Twilight fans ensnared, that's only good.

Fic here - I dare you to not enjoy it (all sex takes place off screen):
Beware the Sparkles.

I've seen a few of these "honest trailers" but somehow missed this one! I almost feel bad for snickering...
