So, looking back on 'old' stuff can be very satisfying...

On the 12th of June I wrote this:

Now taking into account that River being Amy and Rory's daughter was the 'obvious' answer to the question, and tied almost everything together beautifully, I'll say this:

- River kills the Doctor.

- He is 'the Good Man' whose murder lands her in prison. (The 'Good Man' who went to war was the Doctor.)

- She is the person in the space suit. (She was in it once already.)

Now I don't know, or understand, how this will work. Like, AT ALL. Logically it makes zero sense. But storywise, she was created to bring him down and she is the one to tell him exactly how he's going wrong.

This face? Is my smug one. ;)

And speaking of predictions, I wrote this 5 days later (17th of June):

River is TOTALLY [going to be] the Spike of the Whoniverse.

I can feel it coming (and it's already here in some respect):

River fans: Disgruntled that her whole story revolves around the Doctor.

River haters: Disgruntled that the whole show revolves around her story.

There will be meta. (Its half-written already, and oh, the parallels are *glorious*. Effulgent, even.)

Anyway, this is what I've been saying for ages re. Moffat: Follow the metaphors, and they'll see you through. <3

ETA: Oh, and there will also be a post (mostly consisting of quotes) about how the Doctor and Rover are like Peter Wimsey and Harriet. Really, it's downright embarrassing the extent to which I always fall for the same couple... My kinks, they are consistent.
