They are, sadly, not the exact pair--mine were a $40-similar-but-not-quite pair I found in one of those stores that buys things the department stores couldn't sell.
Well it is about 99% closer than anything I've got...

Now that you mention it, I'm fairly certain I read somewhere the BC split up with his girlfriend a few months back. It would explain so much.
