Stuffity stuff...

So, what's happened?

- I spilt tea on the iMac's keyboard... so no picspam yet. *sigh* I hate it when my accidents cost money.

- We got a (almost) free fireplace. One of Darcy's co-workers was getting rid of theirs, so now we have a purdy new fireplace (once Darcy gets it fitted)! :) And all she wanted in return was a bottle of Johnny Walker.

- Somewhere in the house there is a GIANT spider! *shudders* Hopefully Darcy can find it once he gets home...

- Darcy has taken tomorrow off since it's half-term. I'm planning on doing a lot of shopping - I've made a list and everything!

- The baby is lovely, but for some reason always screams her head off at dinnertime. So when we sit down at the table one of us is invariably bouncing a baby. I hope she grows out of this quickly.

- I want to re-watch all of Firefly now. And I think I might change my layout...

- Tonights episode of House is 1.21 which is supposed to be excellent. I'm already excited and looking for a tape.
UPDATE: Quite see what all the fuss is about! Brilliant ep!

- Does anyone else out there watch Brainiac? (Not the JM version - see link!). I admit that I have a fondess for exploding caravans. ;) Oh - and don't you love the new Mars advert? I want a dress like that and I'm constantly humming the tune. Not going to buy the bar though! ;)

And now I have nothing else to tell and the baby is fretting!

::hugs:: to you all.

I have been known to watch Brainiac. Yay! Explosions!

Oh, hon. That sucks about the tea on the computer. I did it once with water - so the damage was minimal to none and I just had to let eh keyboard dry out. I'm so sorry.

No (I miss a lot of them). Sounds good though.

I hope they put in lots.

Sorry to hear about the tea; I've done the same thing with coffee. In my case it effectively killed the keyboard; several important keys died. I did try, but couldn't manage to surive without the return key!

Anyway the apple shop sold me a key cover along with the new keyboard; it fits tightly and my next coffee accident was much less expensive. It does change the feel of the keys slightly, but much less annoying than replacing the keyboard periodically!

My niece was like thta. Apparently, it's a common behavior, they apparently can sense mealtime and want to be with everyone else. Of course, especially when they're that small, in can be a tad inconvenient ;)

And that is most definitely my favorite episode of House.

You know I have those kind of accidents all the time so ::HUGS::
::splutters:: You can't change your layout - it's so very you!!
House was excellent wasn't it?

Got it and will have a hunt around. Probably see something tomorrow - but it may be JM themed. Oh well - let's see what I can do ;)
Must dash though now - my time is nearly up!
