I'd suggested original Doctor might die and clone Doctor go on as The Doctor from now on. Although that would depend on the gangers really stabilizing next ep.
Ah yes. I don't think that'll happen (partly because I'm not sure Ganger!Doctor would be made of Timelord DNA), but it's a very good idea. (And now I'm back to wanting to shake the show...)
