The Doctor is 24 votes down against Veronica Mars?!? I mean, it was a pretty good show for a while, but... it's a turvy topsy world. *is confused*

She's the last girl standing, so that might have something to do with it. Also the campaigning has been pretty awesome (and VERY civil, which is just lovely). But yeah, I didn't know there were that many VM fans still around...

BTW (and completely unrelated): I find it necessary to say that at some point I do plan on playing catch up with your fic, cause I have been a bad, bad reader, as soon as life calms down enough I can actually breath. (and I can work up the nerve to read your Children of Earth fic, since I haven't worked up enough nerve to actually watch it yet. I am a bad, bad fangirl.)

Hmmm. Well if you've not seen it, don't bother reading, since the fic very much relies on the reader knowing the whole story. Honestly, don't worry. Esp since it's angsty as hell, so just avoid it!

Nah, I am spoiled as all hell, so I am prepared. Except for the nerve part.

I think part of the issue is I am loath to deal with my parents harassing me for spending 'all day in front of the TV' since I know I am going to want to watch it all in one go. I already hear it about 'being on the computer all day,' *sighs* Oh well, this is just fuel to get me to stop procrastinating and get with looking for an apartment.

Nah, I am spoiled as all hell, so I am prepared.
It's more that I only pick up certain scenes to re-write, so most of the 'action' takes place 'off camera'. But you might be able to follow along anyway.

Except for the nerve part.
When it comes to CoE, I always find myself quoting Wesley:

It's one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. But also something that I still struggle with getting my mind around. They actually went there, y'know? It's awful.

It's REALLY GOOD, and Veronica certainly deserves all the praise she's getting. Although apparently S2 is problematic and S3... disappointing. But S1? Awesome sauce! :)

I managed to snag season one, like, two years ago on DVD for $8. I'd just heard so many good things.

Maybe this will finally get me to watch it. After I watch Community. And Press Gang. Why is there so much good TV?!?!? *sobs*
