Snow Day!

Yay it's the first of December! I'm not ahead, but otoh I'm not behind either, and everything is white and beautiful. :) (I was going to say something about it snowing just like in my icon, but it's become very heavy now. *watches white world mesmerised*)

Also most schools are closed, so I've got the girls (and Darcy) at home all day. The girls have already built a den in the front room using two chairs and some blankets. The Cherub told me that "All it needs now is a ding-a-ling-thing, so people can ding it when they want to come in." ETA: I have now had a look inside, and it had a big lantern, a little table for drawing on and lots of books underneath it.

Building dens was probably my favourite activity in childhood :) Sounds like they're set for a fun day!

Snow days were always Bliss days when I was a child, in my hometown in the mountains.
