Day 12.

Today's writing went quite well.

13123 / 30000 words. 44% done!

But - I nearly finished part 3 today, so I'm going to admit that my target is way off. (\o/) Of course most of what I've written so far is terrible (way worse than my normal first drafts), and there'll be a lot of filling in and re-writing, but even so 20,000 words seems a much more likely final word count. So! I shall re-adjust my goal!

13123 / 20000 words. 66% done!

And ta-ta I am much further along than I was. *g* Of course most of it is CRAP, which is sad. I'm at the stage where I'm writing through sheer determination (if it wasn't that I'd decided to do this daily writing thing, I'd probably not have written anything today) and I worry that the story is rubbish and I'm not sure what exactly to do with this part. *deep sigh* I'll start on part 4 tomorrow, since that part I know by heart, pretty much. Also, it's the part that deals with CoE, and I've got a chunk written out already.

For a lot of reasons. But one of them is for your writing.
You write so well, and you write so much. I have no idea how you've managed to write as much as you have while mothering three children - but I'm awed by it. You keep going even when you're not happy with what you've written, and you write novel-length stories, and you finish them. I admire that. A lot.

Yes. And I admire you for it.

I'm also fascinated by it. I would LOVE to read a Writer's Tale by Elisi...
