I think that it is funny, even if I don't get the joke. I've been too busy hiding from the crazy Buffy and Angel clones in the comics.
You are a wise woman. It's not terribly clever btw, it's just Angel being momentarily turned into a frog by Willow (who is a little annoyed about the world destruction and all that), whilst in the middle of making googly-eyes at Buffy. Srsly the B/A is so over the top that it *presume* that they're OOC on purpose.
