Cat Spam!

I've been feeling all cuddled and loved because of all the wonderful comments left for me at [livejournal.com profile] luna_k's love meme. Thank you all so very, very much - especially since I feel like I've been sleepwalking for much of today!

So as a tiny little thank you, I give you a picture of Spike-the-cat. We're convinced that his spine must be made out of pretzels, since nothing living should be able to bend like that. But he's always fine, no matter the weird shapes he assumes when sleeping. Anyway, he's probably mis-named, since he's not very Spike-like, except that he's a good hunter. Darcy usually calls him 'Pudding' or some flower name. Should have named him Jonathan or similar, since he really is unbelievably friendly! And has a habit of looking as daft as a brush when asleep...

Oh, and maybe - just maybe - I'll be posting the next chapter of 'Maybe Someday' tomorrow.

Spike the cat makes a re-appearance, woohoo! :)
I love this turn of phrase: And has a habit of looking as daft as a brush when asleep... Hehehehehehehe.
I'm glad you got nice comments, cos you deserve it :)
Dancing very much at that small comment at the bottom.

KITTY! Bwah! What a great pose you caught him in! He's a beauty, even if he does look "daft as a brush". Hee!

He's cute enough to be called Spike!

Cats have made sleeping an art - sometimes a performance art akin to ballet!

So cute! I loved the spine-made-of-pretzels line!

I bet Spike got called 'pudding' sometimes. Possibly only by Lorne, but still :)

Hell, I'd call him pudding, if I thought he'd let me ;)

Love that icon! "Black Books" is a wonderful show isn't it?

He's so cute! It's funny the contorted positions cats manage to get themselves in while they're sleeping. :)

Aww... he is adorable! I love me some cat spam, as I am a total crazy cat lady. Thanks for sharing your cutie-pie.

Cats and kids. My nephew, when he was younger, could fall asleep in the most painful-looking positions (maybe he still can. Of course, when you get older, sometimes you just wish you could fall asleep in any position.

And on the subject of cats... I don't think there's anything in the world cuter than a kitten. Other baby animals are cute, but they've got nothing on kittens.
