Isn't it just? I especially like how they have one crazy from either side, and then a lovely 'Thank you Old Doctor' one. :)

Well, It was aided and abetted by the fact that I'm here in the US and BBC America hadn't been invented yet. I'm not even sure we *got* several of the intervening Doctors over here on our PBS channels.
