Recs!!!

First: [livejournal.com profile] jenjojen finished Falling Debris. And oh - what an ending! If there is a Spuffy fan out there who hasn't read this story yet, then they should go do so RIGHT NOW!!!!!! (There's still an epilogue to come, but those of you who don't read WIPs should be safe with this one!)

And second... for ages I've wished that someone had written the story of how Spike and Harmony met. And then - thanks to [livejournal.com profile] summer_of_spike - I've read two in as many days! :)

The first one is by [livejournal.com profile] spikesdeb and takes place just before 'Out Of My Mind' with Spike on a rather unhappy trip down memory lane! Lovely insights into the dynamics of the S/H relationship and very funny too! 'Wrong Place, Wrong Time - Just Plain Wrong': Part 1 and Part 2.

The second is by [livejournal.com profile] bookishwench and one of the funniest things I have *ever* read. Seriously. I was glad no one was around when I read it, as they'd think me demented for laughing so much! Now go read: When Harmony Met Spiky (set just prior to 'Harsh Light of Day').

*blushes* Thanks for the rec and I'm so glad you found something you liked. I'll certainly check out the other two stories. Always open to suggestions from satisfied Spuffy readers to entertain my Spuffy heart. :D

[livejournal.com profile] jenjojen finished? Hoorah! Hoorah! But why didn't that appear on my flist? ::pouts at LJ::
Now that I've read about a gadzillion fics trying to catch up on the 4 days I was away, I'll have some time for it :)

Thanks for the recs. I love Sparmony - don't get me wrong - not as an OTP - I'm Spuffy through and through. But I do love seeing and reading them interacting together.

Here's a couple other fics I really enjoyed about how they met, in case you haven't seen them before:

Miss Murchinson's "A Two Part Harmony, Parts I & II"

Spring Summers "In Perfect Harmony"

Thank you for the [livejournal.com profile] bookishwench rec - just read and laughed out loud. Great stuff.

Just a quick thank you for the rec! Again, I'm glad people laughed. You never know with comedy whether it will fall flat on its keister... kind of like Spike did. ;)
