I got something pretty!

Put up a new header - a 'My Immortal' header, with Buffy and Jack, and it's just ridiculously pretty. It was made as fanart for my story (along with a review that made me blush and go completely incoherent) by Methos on Twisting the Hellmouth (who has just arrived on LJ and is methosivanhoe here!), and he was kind enough to let me use it. Isn't it gorgeous?

ETA: OMG he also made an icon!!! (From a different banner.) They are just so pretty and go together so well. Must start that sequel soon...

It is a pretty. And it made me want to play in photoshop again. After a somewhat traumatizing experience of using morphthing.com to try and determine what Alex might look like, I decided on something else.
His silhouette has gallifreyan symbols and hers has the Chapel at Cambridge, if you can't tell.

I have never even *heard* of morphthing, so count me impressed! As for Alex, then he looks very like his dad, so you could have used John Simm. Sorta. ('Tis tricky. I ought to draw a picture, really. Because drawing is something I can do, as opposed to computer graphics.)

ANYWAY (it's early, hence rambling), like it very much - esp the faint outlines of the Doctor et al, and the TARDIS. (Although the TARDIS won't actually feature... but I can't really suggest anything else without spoiling you! Heh.)

I think what I mean is thank you! I can never get over people crating art for my stories. It just short-circuits something in my head. But I'll try to get the next chapter done soon-ish, I'm getting to the good stuff! :D
