So...

Where do I sign up for Team Jacob?

Seriously though... went to town today, and realised that the release of New Moon is less than a month away. (Hello there posters and books and assorted merchandise.) ALSO realised that they solved the 'how to make Jacob look older than 12' by... well have a look at this! And this!

So please move over Mr Sparkles, the werewolf's arrived! (Yum.)

ETA: The movie's gonna need some eyecandy, since as far as I recall the plot is beyond stupid...

See, my issue is that in the first movie, Jacob had long hair and looked much older. Plus, you know, most Hollywood teenagers are played by real-life 25-year-olds. So I assumed he was 25ish, and reacted accordingly. And then I found out he was maybe 18 and saw him out of costume, where he looks his age. And then I felt like a dirty old woman. So no, I can't really see him as attractive anymore.

Also, I thought you hated Twilight. Am I confusing you with someone? Or is it just Edward you hate, and not the series as a whole?

I thought he looked 12, and was extremely puzzled as to how they were going to make him a rival, because my overwhelming urge was to pet him.

Now... he's very very gorgeous. Dunno if I *fancy* him, but I appreciate his looks a lot more than Edward's!

(And yes, I think Twilight is a waste of time and money. I'm just impressed that they actually did something right! Also I'm feeling shallow today. *g*)

Uh oh. Cindergirl already had a bit of a crush from the last movie. I wonder how many times she will want to see New Moon? ;-)

Heh. Mine haven't seen it yet (the eldest is nearly 11), and I'm doing my best to make sure they think 'Sparkly vampires = lame'. So far it's working beautifully! :)

I haven't bother to see the first movie (I'd probably only watch to mock) but dude. Jacob is adorable! If I were a 12 year old girl I'd be hooked!
