Look at me procrastinate! :)

Firstly, 'Being Human' starts on BBC America tomorrow, and NY Times has a v. good review. Two snippets:

Three young friends share a shabby apartment in Bristol, England, as well as secrets, and those sound like the set-up to a corny joke — a vampire, a ghost and a werewolf walk into a bar. Only in this case the bar is a pub and there is no punch line. [...]

All three characters are highly appealing, but the charm of the show lies in the delicate balance of engrossing drama and disarming humor; the series is not campy or self-conscious, it’s witty in an offhand, understated way.

If you haven't seen this show yet, do NOT miss it, it is EXCELLENT. (And - for the shallow amongst you - the vampire is hot.)

Secondly, An Exploding Cigar We Willingly Smoke, S/B/A done just right. Go indulge! :)

I have Being Human set to record; it looks pretty funny. Is it going to crush all my hopes and dreams? At least, any time soon?

I stumbled upon a bunch of clips from the show on YouTube, and I was enthralled. I am going to have to find a way to see this. And the vampire is indeed hot (not that I have a type).

Also, I want it to be next Tuesday now, I have CoE on pre-order, and I am waiting on impatiently.

You poor thing. And I'll be away all of next week, and thus can't join in your squeeing/swearing/whatever.
Well, hopefully you are travelling for happy reasons and will have a safe trip.

I watched Being human mostly on your recommendation-- it rocked like a rocking thing. Totally sucked me in. And Mitchell may be smokin' hot, but it's George that I find most compelling. And I adored Annie's 80s-tastic ghost boyfriend, though I seem to have forgotten his name.
