My fic HATES me, and RL is BUSY, but I really, really want to post the next chapter before S3 starts next week... (I might post on Sunday night, if a miracle occurs and the words and plot and stuff all go together like they're supposed to. And then no one will read it, because it's Sunday night. *headdesk*)

Hmmm, I don't think they're offended at all, but I can't remember ever having it here.
I know or least think you have lived in the US, so you had ice tea.
I have not lived in the US actually - only in the Faroes, Denmark and England. But I've had iced tea even so. Just not often.
Do people use barbeque over their you know with a grill, be it gas or charocal ?
Oh yes! My in-laws regularly decide to have a barbeque (they have a very posh one), and invite family & neighbours round, and everyone spends the whole afternoon/evening sitting in the garden talking and eating. It's wonderful. And yes, pork, beef & chicken are often on the menu (pork usually in the form of sausages, beef as beef burgers). Not *terribly* inventive on the sauce front though, I think that's an American thing. Also none of the Southern food stuffs. *goes off to google collards and okra*

Though I have rarely been to one, they will bareque the whole pig, and often up till recently alot of people who dig wholes in the ground and cook the whole pig for a day. This was often done for church socials. I usually take my pork pulled and choped with a sauce of just vingear and salt and pepper.

Don't rush it. Does it really matter if it's not done before Torchwood 3 starts? There will probably be more interest in Torchwood after it's over so don't worry if if isn't ready to post before Monday.
