And then a couple of recs that keep cracking me up whenever I think about them:

SA: Superheroes Anonymous. The Doctor goes to a support group. Short, but superb! Also, the Doctor rules. :)

The Stainless Steel Rat Lives Forever. It was a quiet Tuesday afternoon when a beautiful, heavily armed woman fell through the Rift, and Jack swore in Esperanto and tried to hide under his desk. Stainless Steel Rat/Torchwood cross-over. (I had never heard of this book series before reading the fic, which is obviously a great gap in my literary knowledge. Enjoy.)

I sort of vaguely remember my dad reading the stainless steele rat books back in the day. I've never read them, but I love the idea!
