Yeah! I agree with you on most of this. I didn't see the Doctor 10.2 (or whatever we're calling him!) coming at all, and I love that twist. It's major angst for everyone, and that seems to be RTD does best. And it opens all kinds of story ideas. I loved the one you rec-ed-- perfect!

Have you read biggrstaffbunch's fic? I know her for the Buffy-verse, but she writes gorgeous DW fic these days. I think you'd like We Drew Our Own Constellations
