Hi! Sorry I'm not around, but this hiatus is actually working rather well. I miss you all, but I'm getting lots done - am half-way through the next chapter of 'My Immortal' (I posted chapter 3 last week btw, if anyone missed it), and should soon be done with my thoughts on 'Journey's End'. Oh and shapinglight - got my comic today and LOVED it. Will post review tomorrow unless catastrophe hits. :)

Before I run off again however, I must rec one of the most BRILLIANT crack!fics I've ever read:

Wanderers in the Fourth Dimension, or How Jack Got to be So Emo

This is Jack meeting all the different incarnations of the Doctor during the 20th century and it is *delightful*. Very funny and crack-tastic, but all the Doctors are wonderfully in character! :)

I'm doing OK. Three funerals (four, counting the graveside service) and an 1800 mile road trip with my dad's ashes in the trunk, and with a mother with totally different musical tastes.

Oh, and the odd son on my mother's high school best friend tried really hard to pick me up at my dad's funeral. He had bullet points about why we were perfect for each other.

But other than that I'm OK!
