Though I have a kind of itchy feeling that Ms Christie probably wouldn't have approved. Feels a bit off for them to take a real event out of real persons life like that. Well they had her grandson there, so they obviously took it into consideration. I think it was a nice tribute - they showed her as very strong and smart, yet human. (I don't know much about her, I must confess, she might have taken offense...)
Was her grandson in it? I know the vanishing for ten days, and she claimed amnesia. The 'claimed' is generally in disbelieving italics. Bit of a weird mixture of history and RPF, but hilariously funny.
Was her grandson in it? Not 'in it' in it - but they talked to him in the Confidential, and he was on set. He seemed mostly approving, I think - I didn't catch everything he said, since there were 3 little girls running around. (sigh)
