10 years ago tomorrow! (*facepalm*)

I think it was Sueworld who a few days ago mentioned that Spike is like the little black dress of fandom. This struck me as particularly apt as I posted today's fic, because it could barely be more different from yesterday's: One was Spike/Angel, with a heavy emphasis on the fact that they are very much demons still. The other is Spuffy, with a shanshued Spike becoming a father. And yet both are just Spike. He fits into one scenario as easily as the other. Which I guess is why we all love him - there are endless facets to explore and enjoy, because he can be - and has been - pretty much everything.

Anyway, for those of you who enjoy some Spuffy (even if it *is* baby!fic), here's today's offering:

I didn’t know it’d feel like this.

And, so as to make this post less self-centric, a few more recs:

[livejournal.com profile] missmurchison posted (porny!) S/B/A fic: No Illusions.

And [livejournal.com profile] annapurna_2 returned, bringing wonderful, *fabulous*, Spuffy goodness with her (I could drown in her stories):

Muted (post-NFA)
Beginnings (The Spuffy story in drabbles)
Made for Each Other (AU Late AtS S5)

Must watch 'School Hard' tonight. (Incidentally, I missed it when it was first shown and never saw it until post-Chosen...)

Got another rec for it's Drusilla meeting the imaginary friends from a American tv cartoon called Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends.
http://community.livejournal.com/druturns10/6045.html?view=43165#t43165

And if you like to know what Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foster%27s_Home_for_Imaginary_Friends#Other_countries

So you get Drusilla meeting a talking bird plane named Coco, who just says "coco coco" and Blue a walking blue thing.

Cool, so they have Cartoon Network in England. Your Welcome.
Do they have the Scifi channgel in England or Discovery, though I guess that would be under the BBC.
