Hello all.

Am being v. busy with RL and having a lovely time with my parents & family generally. My house is very tidy. I just about manage to skim my flist every day. And I have salt liquorice!!!!!!!!

Also I this morning read about John Barrowman talking about kissing and mentioning JM and AD as good kissers! *dies happily* (Re. AD then he and JB - and ASH! - were all in a play together! How did I not know about this?)

I've also got a plotbunny for a short S8 fic! *g* (beer_good_foamy I won't be able to use the line I told you, sadly. Hopefully the rest should make up for it...)

Oh and I went and read the preview pages for issue 1 of 'After the Fall' - and it managed to make me squee even more than I imagined. It looks and feels like AtS and has an awesomeness factor of like a million! There will be page-by-page commentary, oh yes! (Incidentally it also had the unsuspected effect of making me angry - cause why couldn't Joss have made S8 this brilliant? Found an artist who could draw more than competently?) I feel that Buffy was shortchanged, and she neededn't have been.

I think salt liquorice is an acquired taste. I tried some awhile back and the thought of it still kind of makes me shudder. We have a shop in the next town over that imports all kinds of stuff from the Netherlands. They are extremely nice and gave me some samples to try. I don't mind what we in the U.S. call liquorice.

Well I grew up with it (in a thousand different varieties, it's very much a Scandinavian thing), and it's pretty much *impossible* to get hold of here in the UK. So my parents always bring me some and I gorge myself for a few weeks before going cold turkey...

Yep the fanfic does right itself, I wonder if redwolf will be writting a 100 word fic in reponse to this article like she did when the news came out about JM being on Torchwood.

Have you not been reading the DragonCon reports? There will definitely be on-screen kissage. :) (Oh and JM will be doing an English accent... it's like they're trying to make this the most perfect ep ever!)

I haven't been reading the reports—I'm mostly completely spoiler-averse, but this is something to look forward to! :D When will it be airing?
