First of all HUGE thanks to everyone who left me feedback yesterday! I'm still on a high... :)

Second, life has a nasty sense of humour, since after writing about Spike and Buffy coping with parenthood, guess whose 5 y.o. started throwing up last night? The poor little thing is still all pale and shaky - so, not going to be around much.

What if everyone who vowed not to renew their paid account, everyone who swore to give LJ and SixApart no more financial support in the form of extra userpics, or virtual gifts, or more storage - what if all those people took that money and instead donated it to charities for the prevention of child abuse and sexual assault?

A group of fanfic fans is forming to set up a nonprofit organization for collective fannish projects, including building a central fanfic archive.

ETA: Am I right in thinking that issue 4 comes out tomorrow? Re. s8 I have decided that it is crack!fic - this will allow me to enjoy it as fully as possible. :)

Also - having just re-read it - I feel the need to (re-)pimp morgantree's Spike essay Man, Archetype, Beloved. 'Cause... yeah! That's Spike.
