Have you been keeping track of shadowcat's weekly good news; resistance and otherwise, posts?

Spent the week fighting a cold; probably made worse by my usual depression and lack of appetite and my love of keeping things chilly. Dress inappropriately one time and 'tis the season for the sniffles.

Fortunately no issues smelling or tasting my food etc. Positively the cold is all but gone, probably wait until Tuesday before I head out though. See how I feel tomorrow.

At least a week of spending nothing won't have done my budget any harm :-)

And I have had an incredibly absorbing and intriguing GL kdrama to garner my attention as well. Got a couple of really good sleeps in which have helped as well.

Never thought it was anything but a cold, and I've gone longer than two days without eating more than a few times in the past.

Mostly I just forget, and I have additionally unfortunate talent for just not feeling hungry, but I just felt icky and had a runny nose. Just took along time to shake it off is all.

Did send you a couple of things during the week; beside the Michael Sheen bits.

Have to get my bus pass situation sorted, since no matter whether I feel offended by it or not I am being forced into needing ID. Alos if I do want to get a passport and a new legal name I'm going to need things like that anyway I guess.

Distressing to see the news that the PO in Denmark is going to stop delivering letters. Feels like such a miserably regressive step and, as much as it led to my breakdown; life as a postman also gave me the freedom that saved my life in many ways.

Yeah, just go jump through the hoops - I hope it won't be too stressful.

It's another casualty of privatisation. :( And will be awful for the elderly especially. Not everyone is on the internet.
