I am ded from work, so must go to bed instead of watching the whole of the opening ceremony.

But it's good to have more 'lympics to watch. :)

My family and I had a really good friend who participated in the Paralympics back like..-1989. (he passed away around 2 years, and was honestly- one of the Best people I've ever known in my entire life).

We went to the Paralympics when they were in London in 2012. Incredible day.
