I have just capped The Star Beast myself (because I couldn't find anyone else who had done it yet). Definitely link me the meta, I don't know anyone who gets as much out of icons as I do (even if I don't have the space to use them myself).

I had a quick read through your meta around her, and I can completely see where you are coming from. There were definitely issues with her Doctor, but what I can appreciate from her era is for the most part (again, she didn't always meet the expectations if you will that 12 set up for her) is that want for stepping back and being a part of the story, not the main character, to really look within and decide what it means to be The Doctor and what that means for her place in the universe. Did she achieve that? Yes and no. I also think it is interesting within the Timeless Child storyline because that most certainly singles her out as the *special one* with all the attention, the power, the notability of who and what she is/was. Can the doctor ever escape being the main character?

If you know where to get caps for those first parts, that would be amazing. I have watched the series through, but I don't remember specifics for eps outside of 13.
I had the LJ paid account too, but I left LJ when the Russians took over and banned teh geh. I still haven't figured out how to purchase more icons on DW, and our exchange rate is appalling. It is hard to justify the expenditure in the current climate. I am glad they can bring others joy. <3

The first one is literally just the really TERRIBLY crappy thing I just made (points), the line is a reference to River's line talking to Ten in the Library ("But look at you - you're young!") There should probably be a dash in the icon, rather than a comma. The cap is from timestamp 41:46-47
ANYWAY. Caps. I have been thinking more. No idea if any of these will work, I'm just throwing ideas out there.
