Somehow this person has missed literally 2/3 of all Dalek stories since the origin of the show. That's nearly impressive. I've got some bad news, buddy, scary Daleks lasted exactly two serials, and the The Chase happened.

You should watch, it's official story! Like... Time Crash? The minisode where the Fifth Doctor showed up between the end of Last of the Time Lords (S3 finale) and Voyage of the Damned (Titanic). It doesn't affect anything, it's just a fun extra.

Or will you be watching just before the first special airs?

The only reason I know about the thing with tubi is because it was the only streaming place that had some short documentary about a Cult De-programmer that had once worked with my mom.

It was the weirdest thing. It generally held my interest whilst watching* and then immediately slid off my brain and left nothing behind.

*well, sometimes
