THIS FRIDAY as part of Children in Need, a fully scored and FX’d five-minute scene, produced by scott_handcock and directed by jamiedonoughue, music by murraygold, written by me. It's arriving on Disney + here - mainly because Disney aquired the US distribution rights, and is co-producing with the BBC.

I think RTD is talking specifically about the 5 minute sketch. Obviously the episodes will be scheduled, but where would they put a minisode that airs during a charity fundraiser? It might end up as an online extra or something outside the UK, rather than airing on TV or streaming. Whatever the plan is, RTD doesn't know it.

Mind you, I'm sure it'll be on youtube within a few minutes. :)

Apparently Doctor Who has it's own youtube channel and the five minute blurb is an advertisement. So that's staying up. Oh, and all the Classic Doctor Who is now available on Tubi.

I'm avoiding spoilers and I'm actually a bit annoyed how much of the new episode has been trailed!! Very difficult to avoid... :(
