I've not been impressed by Chibnall as show-runner - some quite sloppy writing.
I went in with fairly low expectations, and he didn't meet them. Which is weird, because he was fine on Torchwood and people love Broadchurch. Here's to hoping the ending will be good!

I wish Jodie was staying for one season with a new show-runner, as it would be good to see what she could do with better writing.
Alas. But hey, she might come back as a guest star later. *crosses fingers*
