I'm glad he got a holiday but I am so worried that that's how he picked up the virus, but also, I really hope he had a lovely time? I'm conflicted.

Apparently not. He was admitted to hospital with pneumonia (and tested negative then) so it seems he picked up the virus during his hospital stay...
